l  Application  It applies to make printing rollers, doctor blades and other low hardness abrasion resistance rubber rolls, rubber wheels and other wares.

l  Characteristics  The wares have good solvent resistance and abrasion resistance, good resilience and  small compression deformation.

l  Operating point  The three components A, B,C are vacuum degassing in 80~90°C for 10~30 minutes before use, after fully blending then vacuum defoaming for the second time, then pouring into mould immediately, and vulcanization moulding in 100~110°C.  

l  Storage  Store in a cool and dry place. If you can’t use it up at a time, fill nitrogen gas and seal it .The storage time of original packing is 6 months.

l  Packing  20Kg/drum or 200Kg/drum

Solvent resistance		It won’t be broken off when folding immediately after soaking in toluene, acetic ether, acetone for 72 hours, without sticky surface, but with varying degrees swelling. It will basically return to original hardness and dimension after volatilization of solvent.
