Introduction:
Polyurethane tire material is microcellular urethane elastomer which consist of DHR-A(blend polyol) and DHR-B(isocyanate).Microcellular urethane elastomer is a new materials between polyurethane foam and polyurethane elastomer which enjoys the good mechanical properties of elstomers and the comfort ability of polyurethane foam. With high strength, good toughness, small weight, compression stress transfer smoothly, oil resistance, hydroxyl resistance and excellent fatigue resistance, polyurethane tire material is gradually replace traditional rubber material. PU tire material is of good vibration reduction ability, this material is widely used in auto soft parts field
The polyurethane tire materials of Dongda INOV is not only has good wear resistance and tensile properties but also has good hydrolysis resistance, anti fungus property and dynamic bending ability. The final products can be used under damp, hot, low temperature and other bad environment for long time.
